Information you send

When you contact RIM Handyman Service by form, phone, text, or email, you may provide your name, contact details, project address, property type, service requested, project description, and any information you choose to include. The website quote form does not currently accept photo uploads. Please do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive information through the form.

How it is used

We use your information to review and respond to your request, communicate about potential work, and maintain relevant business records. Sending a request does not create a service contract. We do not sell information submitted through the quote form.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form requests. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam; its verification may use technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. Resend delivers the quote request to RIM's business email and processes the contact details and message needed to send it. The form does not display submitted requests publicly. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Photos and project examples

If you send project photos by email or another contact method, we use them to understand your request. We will not publish customer-submitted project details or photos as a public case study without appropriate permission.

Owner-side content preparation

RIM may use a private Telegram workflow and OpenAI tools to prepare website articles, FAQs, and project examples. Notes and photos the owner submits to that workflow are handled by Telegram, and text and resized image copies may be sent to OpenAI to draft content. This is separate from the quote form: submitting a quote does not automatically send its contents to Telegram or OpenAI. If customer information or photos are considered for a public project example, RIM will seek appropriate permission before publishing them.

Cookies, fonts, and analytics

We use simple first-party counts hosted by Cloudflare to understand page views, contact-link clicks and quote requests accepted for email delivery. These counts do not store names, contact details, project messages, IP addresses or advertising identifiers, and do not use analytics cookies. The previous page on this site may be used to group a quote request by page; query strings are not retained. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. These counts do not identify unique visitors or show whether a contact became a customer.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information. Cloudflare may process basic request and security data to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your questions

We keep communications and project records as reasonably needed for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, then remove information when it is no longer needed. You can ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs, by emailing [email protected].

We may update this policy as the website and its services change. The date above will reflect the current version.
